- Thai-Yoga Massage. This wonderful modality uses Yoga and Thai Massage to open up your joints and improve your flexibility. It is practiced by very few Massage therapists.
- Orthopedic Massage. A Physical Therapy approach to massage, it is used to relieve pain and restore your structural posture through the body. The focus is prevention and rehabilitation. This structural bodywork emphasizes soft tissues, including joints, tendons, nerves, as well as muscle and fascia.
- Infrared Light Therapy. I use only FDA approved equipment. They successfully treat numbness, neuropathy, inflammation, and pain, with no side effects.
- Infrared laser. This device can be used to reduce joint inflammation, aid in cartilage regeneration, and treat specific tissue tears.
- Cupping Therapy. These are used to relieve fluid stagnation in a area of pain. The suction then increases blood movement, which reduces inflammation and activates lymphatic drainage.
